I still haven’t figured out exactly what dessert I am going to make for Easter dinner, but I have an idea. Well, a few ideas. Okay, scratch that. I haven’t decided because I struggle making decisions. My husband loves lemon, my mom loves chocolate, but few in my family love chocolate and fruit together.
In compiling a list of some of my favorite spring desserts, I had a hard time narrowing it down. Yes, I know. I can’t make decisions. Hopefully I didn’t give you too many choices. (Decision making is most difficult for me at coffee shops and restaurants. I stare at the menu for 10 minutes, then decide on something, only later to wish I ordered something else. Please tell me I am not the only one dealing with this!)
