Llama Sugar cookies {tutorial}

January 20, 2020 in cookies - No Comments - 1 min read

There’s just something cute about llamas for Valentine’s Day. They’re so squishy and adorable! There’s also quite a bit of fun Valentine play on words you could do too. (My 9-year-old said, “Mom, how come you spelled love and lots wrong?”) I thought I’d break down how to make these cuties, in case you’d like to try.

You will need the following: llama cutters (I used Ann Clark), PME beads (I bought mine here and they do not bleed in your icing–Wilton brands do and I learned that the hard way), The Sugar Art’s Wedding Gold, and royal icing in Americolors turquoise, white, electric pink, and red red. In case you’re wondering, the plaque cutter is from SheyB.

These are so fun to make and while they look somewhat complicated, they really aren’t. Give these cute little guys a try! xoxo
