I love the novel Alice in Wonderland. It’s whimsical, fun, and entertaining. I had the opportunity one year to teach it to seniors in the British Literature course at school, and many of my students fell in love with the novel too. When I saw these cookie cutters at one of my favorite cutter shops, I convinced my daughter to have her birthday party with this theme. She thought they were cute too.
I made standard size cookies (3″-4″) and mini cookies (1″-2″). The minis were my favorite, but I loved them all. For part of the birthday party, her friends decorated some mini cookies. And while they had fun decorating, their attention span was about 30 minutes, haha! (Oh 9 and 10-year-olds!)
These were the standard cookies:

At the end of the party, each girl went home with six of their own decorated cookies, and two of the ones I decorated. These cookies were so fun to make, but my favorite was the “drink me” bottle and the iconic blue dress with the white apron. If you’re interested in the mini cutter set, you can find them here. If you have any questions about how I decorated the cookies, comment below. Happy baking! xoxo
