Is it officially spring yet? I’m so over the cold and the dreary weather.

These St. Patrick’s Day cookies were so fun to make. Ironically, the ones that took me the longest to make were the mini and standard pot of gold cookies. While the sprinkles were easy to scatter on, the gold coins were placed individually with tweezers, because I wanted them to lay a certain way. Slightly tedious, to say the least.

I brought these cookies in for a taste testing interview for my local farmers market. To be honest, this was a HUGE step outside my comfort zone and I was so nervous talking about my little side business. The women in the interview were super sweet and we actually had a great conversation, so even if I don’t get picked to have a booth this summer, I am really glad I tried. So, fingers crossed! We’ll see where this adventure goes. xoxo
